The chakras are vortexes of energy in our light body, or aura. They each vibrate with a certain color and sounds. As we move through the temple, we change our consciousness through stimulation of our chakras with sound, visualization and movement. This creates healing on all nine levels of our aura. Avalon heals us primarily by expanding our consciousness of oneness and the reality of the presence of God in our lives.
